I suppose taking a photo of a yield sign could be a sign that the eyes are opening, illuminating small things that stand out when dislocated from your home.
It is so much more polite, give way, than yield.
But the Latvian students who surrounded my on the Round Church bench this afternoon while I ate my tuna "toastie" were not. Red Bulls in one hand, cigarettes in the other, they puffed me out of my spot sporting cropped down jackets finished with chains at the seams. Even their cell phones had beads and bangles. Maybe their cultural zone of personal space is much tighter than mine; well clearly.
